Job Description

1. Business Analyst Guide, supervise and train the Business Analysts. Ensure that Business Analysts understand and capture the business needs effectively. Where required, directly meet business stakeholders to clarify requirements and expectations. Review the documentation of the business needs and ensure sign off. Review the systems changes/ impact of the business needs. Ensure that these are effectively discussed and communicated to the Development team. Provide clarifications and resolve issues. Where required, collaborate with the Development team to brainstorm and identify alternate technical solutions for the functional requirement.
 
 
Through the development process, ensure that the team provide timely clarifications and inputs to the Development Post solution development, ensure that the solution is as per the requirements before it goes for user testing. Address issues and concerns from stakeholders. Where required, go back to the Development team to drive changes. Handle all technical aspects to ensure regular data uploads to regulators. Coordinate with auditors to drive internal and statutory audits for the IT systems. 2. Customer support Supervise the Customer Support team to ensure resolution of all application related bugs. Review the status of tickets. Ensure that tickets are being effectively closed by the L1 team or being correctly categorized and assigned to the L2 team. Guide the L2 team on functional issues and clarifications.
Reach out to business stakeholders, where required. Ensure that major/ advanced issues are categorized and sent to the Development team. Track status and drive closure of tickets. Manage the user id creation, rights configuration and access management for the Opus system. Track requests for user and access changes; ensure these are closed in a timely manner. Address any escalations or issues. 3. Team Management and Coaching Participate in selection process to identify the right talent for positions within the team Determine individual training needs and development plans to build expertise and enhance skills in the team Set objectives, conduct reviews and close appraisal processes for the team as per timelines
