About the Role:
1. Be the Single Point of Contact for all internal/external stakeholders on any reporting requirements in relation to the respective regional regulatory adherence (all regions within Asia & Pacific)
2. Understanding data sources from various systems, accordingly, run the relevant reports and submit them in adherence to the defined timelines
3. Perform quality checks and ensure accurate data/report, before submitting it to the regulators/third parties
4. Data Analysis, and findings to be shared with the stakeholders
5. Identify deviations/errors if any, and follow through for the relevant corrective action
6. Enable Corporate Solutions regulatory reporting
7. Support audit activities and prepare requested information for auditors
8. Stakeholder management and global reporting
Additional responsibilities could include,
- Collaborate with UAs & MGA Managers to implement an effective and efficient process
- Support UAT planning and execution
- Implement regional/global project deployments
- Facilitate training and access management
- Support the yearly Business Continuity exercise
- Adhoc reporting requirements
About You:
- Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in (re)/insurance
- MS Excel / Access DB / Python / R / any other data analytic tools will be an advantage
- Strong Operational Oversight and Analytical skills
- Strong business communication and cross-cultural skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrate agility with changes in tasks and priorities in a multifaceted environment
- Strong customer focus and service orientation
- Strong presentation skills
