Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

B2B Relationship Management:

 Develop and maintain strategic relationships with partner institutions, colleges, agents,

and other stakeholders.

 Identify and onboard new B2B partners to expand the organization’s network and reach.

 Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings, and presentations to strengthen partnerships.

 Collaborate with partners on joint initiatives, events, and lead-generation campaigns.

 Maintain and update CRM records with partner interactions and agreements.

Student Counselling & Admissions:

 Counsel students on study abroad options, courses, universities, and application

processes.

 Assist students in short listing suitable programs and destinations based on their profiles

and interests.

 Guide students through application, documentation, and visa processes.

 Conduct info sessions, webinars, and one-on-one counseling sessions.

 Maintain a high conversion rate from enquiry to enrolment.

Business Growth & Strategy:

 Contribute to revenue generation by achieving set targets and KPIs.

 Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation and branding initiatives.

 Analyze trends and provide market insights to support business development strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
