Job Description

As a Quality Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Global Sales organization by ensuring the consistent application of quality assurance practices and continuous improvement methodologies. Your responsibilities will involve embedding quality into sales processes, tools, and deliverables to enhance operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Here's how you will make an impact: - Audit Sales Processes to ensure adherence to global quality standards and policies. - Monitor CRM Data Quality to validate accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of sales records, and conduct Root Cause Analysis on sales process failures. - Support Internal Quality Reviews, prepare documentation for audits, and ensure Compliance with Regulatory Requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, GDPR) in sales documentation and communications. - Track Corrective and Preventive Actions, follow up on implementation, track cost of non-quality Year over Year, and propose actions to reduce costs and increase process efficiency. - Create and maintain efficient and clear Process Maps for the M&S global Function, collaborating with other functions processes in line with global business rules. - Apply Lean Six Sigma Tools (e.g., DMAIC, SIPOC) to optimize sales workflows. - Facilitate Process Mapping Workshops, identify inefficiencies, standardize practices, and lead Quality Improvement Projects across regions or product lines. - Develop and maintain Quality Dashboards for visibility into performance trends. - Gather and analyze feedback from Voice of Customer (VoC) Programs and create and draw Adonis processes for all teams. - Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. In terms of your background, we are looking for someone who: - Holds a bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical/Mechanical). - Has experience in Quality roles and exposure to large sales organizations and SFDC. - Is proficient in understanding Quality processes and concepts, MS-Office, Power BI, or any other Business Intelligence tool. - Has prior relevant Industry experience, knowledge of Quality Management and concepts. - Is self-motivated, willing to take up and lead new challenges. - Can work out of offshore/remote locations, respond agilely to changing Business requirements, and apply strong problem-solving techniques and tools using L6S approach. - Manages stakeholders through continuous interaction with Business Leaders and Partners across the globe. - Demonstrates excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
