Project Role :Business Process Designer
Project Role Description :Analyzes, develops, and improves workflows. Identifies inefficiencies in existing processes and proposes solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborates with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help them refine processes over time.
Must have skills :Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
Good to have skills :Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification :15 years full time education
Summary:As a Business Process Designer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where your primary focus will be on analyzing, developing, and enhancing workflows. A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to identify inefficiencies in existing processes, proposing innovative solutions, and ensuring that workflows are optimized for maximum effectiveness. You will work closely with business users to define detailed product requirements and use cases, while also designing mechanisms for continuous monitoring and feedback collection to refine processes over time. Your role will be pivotal in driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Develop process documentation and training materials to support implementation and adoption.

    Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Good To Have
    Skills:
  • Experience with Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes.
  • Ability to create detailed process maps and documentation.
  • Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes.
    Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
