Additionally, you will design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help refine processes over time. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams- Identify inefficiencies in existing processes- Propose solutions to optimize process effectiveness- Collaborate with business users to define product requirements and use cases Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical- Experience with data analysis and process improvement- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities- Good To Have Skills: Experience with business process modeling tools Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical- This position is based in Ahmedabad- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
