Identifies inefficiencies in existing processes and proposes solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborates with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help them refine processes over time. Must have skills : Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical Good to have skills : NAMinimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 Years of education Summary :As a Business Process Designer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where your primary focus will be on analyzing, developing, and enhancing workflows. A typical day involves collaborating with various business users to identify inefficiencies in existing processes, proposing innovative solutions to optimize effectiveness, and designing continuous monitoring systems. You will also be responsible for collecting feedback to refine processes over time, ensuring that the workflows align with the evolving needs of the organization and contribute to overall operational excellence. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and foster collaboration among stakeholders.- Develop and maintain documentation that outlines process improvements and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.- Strong analytical skills to assess workflows and identify areas for improvement.- Experience in process mapping and documentation.- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.- Familiarity with project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.- A 15 Years of education is required. Qualification 15 Years of education
