Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Business Process Associate, located in Pune. The Business Process Associate will be responsible for processing business operations, analyzing data, providing customer service, and supporting financial duties within a business process outsourcing (BPO) environment. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with different departments to ensure smooth workflow, addressing customer inquiries, enhancing process efficiency, and maintaining accurate financial records.
