Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Guidewire Digital Portals. Good To Have Skills:Experience with business process modeling tools. Strong understanding of business process analysis and design. Experience in defining product requirements and use cases. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Guidewire Digital Portals. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required. Qualifications 15 years full time education
