Project Role : Business Process Architect Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs. Must have skills : SAP ABAP Development for HANA Good to have skills : NAMinimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the analysis and design of innovative business processes. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring that the new processes align with business objectives. You will also facilitate discussions to identify user needs and translate them into actionable insights that guide the implementation of new technologies. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring that all aspects of the process are well-documented and understood by all parties involved. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.- Develop comprehensive documentation that outlines business processes and technology implementations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis.- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.- Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.- Familiarity with project management methodologies. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- This position is based in Pune.- A 15 years full time education is required.
