Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Develop innovative strategies to enhance business processes.- Lead process improvement initiatives.- Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.- Strong understanding of process optimization.- Experience in business process modeling.- Knowledge of ERP systems and integration.- Familiarity with industry best practices in production planning and control. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.- This position is based at our Kolkata office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
