Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Develop and document business processes for implementation. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements. - Conduct user and task analysis to understand business needs. - Provide guidance on process improvements. - Assist in the implementation of new processes and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GuideWire Integration. - Strong understanding of business process analysis and design. - Experience in defining product requirements and use cases. - Knowledge of process improvement methodologies. - Familiarity with business process modeling tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in GuideWire Integration. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
