You will engage in user and task analysis, translating business needs into actionable insights that drive process improvements and technology adoption. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of business operations through effective process design and documentation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop comprehensive documentation that outlines business processes and technology implementations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in process mapping and documentation techniques. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
