Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases, and participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Develop innovative business process models. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements. Lead process improvement initiatives. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Relex Platform. Strong understanding of process modeling and design. Experience in defining product requirements and use cases. Knowledge of user and task analysis techniques. Hands-on experience in process improvement methodologies. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Relex Platform.
