Project Role :Business Process Architect
Project Role Description :Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:As a Business Process Architect, you will play a key role in analyzing and designing efficient, innovative business processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring that technology implementations align with strategic business goals. You will also conduct user and task analyses to represent business needs accurately and support seamless transitions to new operational models. Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in S/4HANA Plant Maintenance and Service Management.
  • Collaborate with and lead teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Conduct and facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and stakeholder feedback.
  • Develop detailed documentation outlining business processes, requirements, and best practices.
  • Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate business needs and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Utilize advanced process mapping and documentation techniques.
  • Communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with established project management methodologies. Professional & Technical

    Skills:
  • Expertise as an SME in S/4HANA Plant Maintenance and Service Management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Service Management, FSM, FSAM, and APM.
  • Experience in project initiation, requirements gathering, data migration, and cutover activities.
  • Strong proficiency in Asset Management.
  • Solid understanding of S/4HANA Service Management and its integration with FSM.
  • Experience in Asset Performance Management and Service and Asset Manager.
    Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
  • This position is based at our Chennai office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
