Business Pre-sales & Sales Support

Role and Key Responsibilities (Description) :

• Coordinating with Managers and Functional heads internally.
• Learning and understanding Legasis service and product offerings.
• Potential clients reach out identify new leads and potential new markets, calling, mailing, social media reach out, and in person interaction.
• Researching organizations and individuals online to prepare Intelligent Pitch reports.
• Coordinating with external coordinators for meetings, demonstrations, proposals, and other ancillary documentation.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives & activities to generate new leads.
• Prepare various Monthly & Quarterly MIS, Client Specific Presentations, Agreements, and other documentations.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
• Gaining proficiency in software solution demonstrations over time.

Other responsibilities:

• MIS and timely reporting to the Supervisor.
• Travelling for work, if needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2-3 years' prior experience in business development / Pre-sales & Sales Support, with excellent communication skills.
• Background in Information technology, Corporate Law, or Compliance & Ethics is an added advantage.
• Bachelors / Masters degree from good pedigree (Tier 1/2/3- B school)

Job Requirements:

• Ability to hold a conversation with CXOx & Senior Executives as well as internal leadership teams.
• Proficiency of MS Power Point, Excel and Word and all other relevant technology.
• Basic understanding of IT Software Concepts and Sales processes
• Soft Skills, Negotiation Skills, Rapport building skills
• Hard working Self-starter Highly self-motivated.

Must have Skill sets required:

Enthusiastic and Sincere and ability to work efficiently on PPT, EXCEL, WORD and ready to adapt/ grasp the new tech technology platform
