Job Description

As the Business Partnership Manager, you will leverage your 12-15 years of experience to drive strategic partnerships in Bangalore/Chennai. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and evaluating potential partners, negotiating partnership agreements, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, you will be tasked with monitoring partnership performance, developing growth strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and Evaluate Potential Partners: Conduct market research to identify partners aligned with company goals. - Negotiate and Structure Partnerships: Secure mutually beneficial agreements with partners. - Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with partner contacts, including C-level executives. - Manage Partnership Performance: Monitor key metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives. - Develop and Execute Partnership Strategies: Create and implement strategies for partnership growth and integration. - Coordinate with Internal Teams: Collaborate across departments to support partnership initiatives. - Provide Support and Training: Equip partners with resources necessary to promote company products/services. - Analyze Performance and Identify Improvement Areas: Utilize performance data to optimize partnership outcomes. Required Skills: - Business Acumen: Demonstrated understanding of Insurance industry principles, particularly Life, Property, and Casualty Insurance. - Communication and Negotiation Skills: Proficient in effective communication and negotiation with partners. - Relationship Management Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships, receive feedback constructively, and collaborate on mitigation strategies. - Strategic Thinking: Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with business objectives. - Analytical Skills: Analyze partnership performance data to drive improvements. - Project Management Skills: Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.,
