Business Partnership Junior position

Role Overview: You will be joining Eazr, a dynamic Fintech company located in Lower Parel, Mumbai, that is dedicated to creating seamless and innovative financial solutions for businesses and individuals. As a Junior Business Partnership Associate, your main responsibility will be to support the partnerships team in developing and managing key relationships within the fintech ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in identifying and onboarding potential partners such as banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and service providers. - Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and partnership documentation. - Coordinate with internal teams (tech, product, compliance) to ensure smooth execution of partnership initiatives. - Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and partnership opportunities. - Maintain databases and track partnership performance metrics. - Handle day-to-day communication with partners under the guidance of senior team members. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or client management, preferably in the fintech/BFSI industry. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of fintech/financial products. - Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
