Role Description

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Business Partner role in Morocco. The Business Partner will work closely with leadership to identify and implement strategic opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and support business growth initiatives. The role includes analyzing market trends, creating business strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and representing the company's interests in external and internal collaborations. A focus on effective decision-making and fostering partnerships is essential to the role.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Market Analysis
• Proficiency in Moroccan local languages
• Currently Resides in Morocco
• Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and Partner Development
• Ability to analyze and interpret data for informed decision-making and process optimization
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with SAP, AI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation solutions
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with a proactive approach
• Experience working in global projects or multicultural environments is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
