Business Operator - Growth, Brand & Ops

We're not trying to scale fast. We're trying to scale right and we’re hiring our first teammate to help build this with us.

🧠 You’ll own parts of:

Marketing & Content:

Run our social media, post with brand voice

Suggest trending formats, content themes, meme ideas

Coordinate performance marketing (Meta, Google)

Sales & Growth:

Help expand presence in Gujarat retail & event sales

Get us into local exhibitions, farmers markets, etc.

Production & Ops:

Track daily metrics (inventory, production, wastage)

Be the bridge between kitchen & business

Communicate with our chefs clearly, respectfully

Business Admin:

Help with basic finance, ordering supplies, etc.

Manage vendor chats, shipping updates, etc.

Vision & Ownership:

Think ahead; what flavours are trending, what content is trending?

What’s the future of protein bars in India?

Be the one who steps up when the founder steps out

A doer, not a deck-maker

Based in Gujarat (or open to it)

Someone who takes notes AND takes charge

Passionate about clean food, smart brands, and real work

Someone who’s not looking for a job but a mission

Humble, funny, detail-obsessed, clear communicator
