Business Operator / Future COO – Cybersecurity Startup

You’ll be the “Business Operator” / mini-COO* helping us run and scale SecComply.

You will:

•⁠ ⁠Drive day-to-day operations– projects, follow-ups, tracking, and execution

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with clients, consultants, and partners

•⁠ ⁠Help shape *processes, offerings, and playbooks

•⁠ ⁠Support in *sales & marketing* – proposals, decks, calls, LinkedIn campaigns

•⁠ ⁠Own *numbers* – pipeline, revenue tracking, collections follow-up, etc.

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with founders to *grow existing business to the next level

If things go well, this role naturally grows into a COO / Business Head track.

🏆 What You Bring

•⁠ ⁠1–2 years of experience in consulting / startups / operations / business / cyber / SaaS / management

•⁠ ⁠Strong *execution mindset* – if something is decided, you make sure it happens

•⁠ ⁠*Zest, energy, and ambition* – you want to grow fast, not crawl

•⁠ ⁠Comfort with *Excel, PPT, emails, basic project tracking tools*

•⁠ ⁠Clear communication – written & verbal

Cybersecurity knowledge is a bonus, but not mandatory. *Attitude > Buzzwords.*
