Educational Qualification:A bachelors degree in economics, business, finance, engineering, or other related areas. Plus a full time masters degree in economics, business or equivalent

Summary: This role is in Accenture Research Global Business Operations Team.
We are seeking a business process professional with a strong grasp of data interpretation, a talent for synthesizing insights, and a passion for performance tracking, impact reporting, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be involved in the creation and management of process management tools and reporting for Accenture Research Leadership working closely with multinational and multidisciplinary teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead tracking and lifecycle management of Accenture's global thought leadership publications, ensuring adherence to quality standards and process flowCo-develop and maintain global reporting on Accenture Research activities, producing monthly, quarterly, and annual summaries of research output and engagementSupport the Research Talent agenda through coordination of recruitment, onboarding, training programs, coaching initiatives, and performance management processesAct as a key contributor to research operations excellence by implementing efficient processes, monitoring key initiatives, and driving continuous improvementCollaborate with global research and business stakeholders to enhance visibility, impact, and strategic alignment of research outputs
Professional & Technical Skills:Understanding of process management principles and ability to see processes from a strategic point of viewAbility to update and manage tracking tools, with strong attention to timing, detail, and resultsProven ability to analyze, visualize, and interpret complex data from multiple sources to generate actionable insightsStrong command of Excel and PowerPoint for effective data presentation and reportingUnderstanding of data structures and Power BI to distill, interpret and synthesize insightsComfortable using Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) in daily workflowsComfortable working with large datasets and performing analysis with accuracyEffective communicator with experience in information investigation and presenting findings, also to senior leadersSkilled in synthesizing complex information into concise outputsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives across geographies in a virtual settingCollaborative and adaptable working style with a track record of individual contributionSelf-motivated and organized, able to operate independently without people management responsibilitiesStrong professional qualities:client focus, decisiveness, integrity, resilience under pressureEnthusiasm to work effectively in a global, multicultural team

Reports to: Research Senior Principal in Business Operations team
Location:Hyderabad (preferably) or Chennai, India
Preferred start date: At the earliest.
