Business Operations Manager

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Responsible for user effort, motivation, and progress with the help of customer success processes. - Setting up, tracking, and reporting all project metrics, identifying any issues in the processes, and suggesting ways to address them. - Proactively reaching out to users through various channels like email and calls on a daily basis to understand their challenges and provide assistance using internal processes and mentors. - Tracking the performance of the assigned set of learners in our programs using reports and identifying intervention points. - Planning, implementing, and managing proposed recommendations and cross-functional projects with complete ownership. In addition to the key responsibilities, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: - 6-7 years of professional experience. - Strong analytical skills and communication skills. - Comfortable with handling data and reports using tools (MS Excel knowledge is a must). - Ability to independently form a hypothesis and validate it through data. - Ability to listen, understand customer problems, and leverage internal tools, processes, and people to solve them.
