Business Operations Intern

Wizad is an AI-powered social media content-making platform designed for business owners who want to create professional posters and marketing content instantly. As a growing SaaS startup, we are building a strong customer-focused team to support, retain, and expand our user base.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Intern to join our team. The role involves managing customer interactions, improving product adoption, driving retention, and ensuring continuous business growth through excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop deep product knowledge of the Wizad App to guide and support customers effectively.
• Manage customer queries via our help desk and ensure timely resolution.
• Onboard new subscribers daily and provide them with the best start-to-success experience.
• Engage with customers whose subscriptions have expired and work on retention strategies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through customer engagement.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with Wizad users and clients.
• Monitor app ratings and reviews on the Play Store & App Store; work with the team to improve feedback and user experience.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
• Interest in SaaS, AI tools, and digital marketing.
• Ability to multitask and manage daily operations effectively.
• Proficiency in English & Malayalam (Hindi and other languauges are an added advantage).

Students pursuing or fresh graduates in Business, Marketing, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
