Role Overview

As a Business Operations Intern, you’ll support the daily operations of our delivery and client teams. This is an ideal entry-level opportunity—no prior professional experience is required. You'll gain real-world exposure and develop practical skills while working closely with operations and delivery leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in process documentation, tracking project tasks, and maintaining operational logs
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely task completion
• Help with reporting, metrics tracking, and preparing executive summaries
• Liaise with delivery and client service teams on operational support
• Participate in process improvement, internal research, and ad‑hoc tasks
• Support administrative functions—meeting scheduling, data entry, follow-ups, etc.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Com or BBA, recent graduate or in final year
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Confident, professional, and team‑oriented personality
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable working in an office environment five days a week
• Basic familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Eager to learn, open to feedback, and ready to take on new challenges
