Business Operations Intern

As a Business Operations Intern at Syvora located in Indore, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily administrative and operational functions of the organization. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to the smooth execution of various tasks. Your responsibilities will include assisting with front desk operations, handling calls, coordinating visitors, managing meeting schedules, handling calendar management, and facilitating internal communications. You will also be involved in coordinating with vendors, service providers, and internal departments, assisting HR in onboarding processes, and maintaining employee records. Additionally, you will manage office supplies, inventory, and filing/documentation, help in preparing reports and presentations, and track expenses while ensuring compliance with internal policies and safety standards. To excel in this role, you should possess strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required, along with the ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work independently. This position is open to candidates with no prior full-time experience (freshers) only. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and paid sick time. The work schedule is during day shifts and requires in-person presence at the Indore location.
