Job Description

Job Title: Business Operations Executive

Location: Darukhana, Mazgaon

Qualification:

B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) or equivalent

Working Days & Timings:

Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day computer-based tasks, including accurate data entry.
Maintain and update documentation related to products, logistics, quality checks, and assessments.
Coordinate with clients for orders, updates, and requirements.
Handle client communications via email promptly and professionally.
Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products.
Prepare e-way bills and other dispatch-related documentation.
Provide administrative support to the accounts and operations teams as required.

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Basic knowledge of accounting and record-keeping.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and team coordination.
High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn company processes.

Experience:

Fresher or 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
