We are hiring Business Operations Executives to support our Sales, HR, Operations & Research teams across multiple verticals of Wealth Management & Dubai Real Estate. Founders’ Background: Mint Global is led by founders with 25+ years of experience across Wealth Management, Real Estate and Skill Training. They have built and exited successful ventures (including Indian Realty Exchange acquired by Quikr) and have been associated with leading institutions such as IIMs, SRCC & FMS as alumni and faculty. Job Details: Type: Full Time (Work from Office) Experience: 0-2 Yrs (Final-Year UG/PG Students & Freshers can apply) Salary: During 6-month Probation / Trainee Period: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 pm + Incentives Post-Probation: ₹25,000 to ₹50,000 pm + Incentives Office Location: Plot 163, 4th Floor, Next57 Coworking, Sector-82, JLPL, Mohali Note: All selected candidates will join under a 6-month Probation / Trainee Program. Job Roles & Responsibilities: HR & Hiring Support - Handle candidate sourcing, interviews & hiring workflow. Sales Team Coordination- Track sales activities & manage performance reports. Operations & CRM - Manage CRM , client onboarding & inter-team coordination. Inbound Leads & Sales Support - Attend enquiries, share information, schedule calls and assist in closures. Research & Market Analysis - Research company products for internal use. Training & Team Support - Coordinate weekly training, maintain attendance & circulate SOPs/material.
