Job Summary:

As a Content Associate, you will be an integral part of our content creation process. You will have the exciting opportunity to shape our brand's voice, educate our audience about experiential learning, and inspire students to embark on transformative journeys. This role is perfect for a motivated fresher who possesses excellent writing skills and has a strong interest in educational travel.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality content, including blog posts, newsletters, proposals, articles, website content, and social media posts, focusing on the benefits of experiential learning and its impact on students' growth.
• Research: Conduct thorough research from reputable sources to gather accurate and relevant information to support content creation. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in experiential education.
• Graphic Design : Enhance content with visually appealing elements. Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
• SEO Optimization: Implement basic SEO techniques to ensure that content is search engine-friendly and reaches a wider online audience.
• Social Media Engagement: Assist in managing our social media platforms by contributing engaging and shareable content that aligns with our brand's message.
• School Relationship Management : Handling parent queries and payments.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Writing Skills: Exceptional written communication skills with a creative flair and attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for Experiential Learning: A strong interest in experiential education and a passion for inspiring students through impactful content.
• Graphic Design Skills (Desired): Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• SEO Knowledge (Desired): Basic understanding of SEO principles and the ability to implement them in content creation.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
