Manage business operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
Handle incoming calls from clients, responding promptly to their queries and concerns.
Participate in outbound calling campaigns to generate leads and drive sales growth.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in BPO or call center environment.
Strong communication skills for handling international voice process (inbound/outbound calls).
Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs .
