Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Business Operations and Outreach (Intern). The intern will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day business operations, conducting business analysis, performing customer service tasks, and supporting outreach efforts. The intern will also assist in analyzing data and providing insights to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• To manage day today sales operationns and flows
• To connect with new clients across MSME sector
• To maintain all the required documentation and records
• To negotiate on prodcut offerings and business proposals
• To work on outreach and client meetings
• To engage with various events and industry expos

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Operations and Business Analysis
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field is preferred
