As a Business Operations Lead at the Australian KPO in Ahmedabad Sindhu Bhawan, you will play a crucial role in overseeing client delivery teams and managing daily operations for Australian accounting processes. Your strong leadership, communication, and process management skills with hands-on experience in Australian accounting operations will be essential for success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor Team Leaders to ensure productivity and quality. - Manage team performance and resource allocation. - Oversee client operations and ensure timely deliverables. - Maintain and update SOPs for efficient workflows. - Drive learning and continuous improvement across teams. **Qualifications Required:** - B.Com / M.Com / CMA or equivalent - Excellent communication and team management skills are a must.
