What Youll Do

• Build & lead the

  Finance & Accounting , HR , Auditing and Insurance in staffing vertical

  from the ground up.
• Manage and expand client relationships (domestic & global) with strong

  cross-selling opportunities

• Drive

  and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
• Take full

  P&L ownership

  and lead business growth strategy.
• Build a network of

  consultants and delivery teams

  across finance, accounting & compliance.
• Deliver excellence in

  revenue, profitability, client & employee satisfaction

• Proven success in

  running/managing staffing businesses

  in Finance, Accounting, or Compliance.
• Strong

  entrepreneurial mindset

  and ability to take risks.
• Experience with

  Indian & international clients

  is required.
• Experience in acquiring and Delivery with Indian and International Client is required
