Role Overview:

Business Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee retail and distribution operations for Tata Steel products across designated regions.
  
• Drive sales growth and ensure achievement of monthly/annual revenue targets.
  
• Manage and build strong relationships with exclusive and multi-branded retail stores.
  
• Expand business through

  Tata Alternate Channels (Pravesh and Colors)

  .
• Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and align business accordingly.
  
• Optimize budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.
  
• Lead and mentor retail sales and distribution teams to achieve organizational goals.
  
• Ensure smooth operations across locations including

  South Bengal, North Bengal, and North East markets

  .

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  

• 7–12 years of experience

  in retail, distribution, or business management (experience in steel, construction, or building materials preferred).
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
  
• Proven track record in achieving sales and managing large-scale distribution.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
