Job Description

We are Hiring for Leading Finance Company

Profile - Business Manager

Products - Loan Against Property (LAP)

CTC - 6 - 6.50 LPA

Age - Upto 36 Years

Location - Hyderabad

Note - Need LAP experience only

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of DSA (Direct Sales Agent) to achieve sales targets for LAP (Loan Against Property).
Develop and execute strategies to increase mortgage loan business through secured loans.
Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-7 years of experience in BFSI sector, preferably in LAP or related fields like Mortgage Loans or Secured Loans.
Strong understanding of DSA channel management and ability to lead a team effectively.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
Proficiency in using technology tools for sales enablement, data analysis, and reporting purposes.
