Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

End-to-end ownership of the Distributor business from sales growth and market coverage to warehouse, logistics and process control. This role will lead the Retail Outlet Head, Sales Executives and Warehouse Team to deliver top-line growth and operational excellence.

Preferred candidate profile:

Own overall Sales Target & Profitability for the distributor

Plan & drive monthly sales plans for all Customers segment & Retail Outlet
Lead and mentor Retail Outlet Head, Sales Executives & Operations staff
Oversee warehouse, inventory, dispatch & logistics for timely supplies
Ensure stock accuracy, and system compliance (DMS / AOS / ASC)
Analyse reports, identify gaps and implement corrective action plans
Coordinate with MSIL team & internal stakeholders for business growth.

Requirements:

Graduate preferred
Strong people management, planning and analytical skills
Proficiency in Excel / reporting tools and comfort with system-based working.
