Job Title: Business Manager / Sales Manager – Sales & Distribution

Location: Noida / Delhi / Gurgaon / Ahmedabad

Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA + Incentives

Experience: 1–2 years in Sales & Distribution (Any industry)

Education: Graduate (Minimum)

• Insurance (Agency / Direct)

• Retail Sales

• Real Estate & Aggregator Platforms (e.g., Square Yards, Housing.com, MagicBricks, MyMoneyKarma, Decimal, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage DSAs and channel partners from the open market.
• Build strong relationships with partners to drive business growth.
• Provide daily operational and sales support to channel partners.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business metrics.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of Channel Sales & Distribution experience (BFSI not mandatory).
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, confident, and eager to learn.
• Own conveyance preferred.
• Knowledge of the local market is an advantage.
