Business Manager - CAR - Chirawa

Role Overview: You will be responsible for sourcing Used Car Loans and meeting targets. Your role will involve channel development, identification and tie-ups with Used Car Dealers and re-sellers, resolution of PDD (if any), and taking care of Used Car Loan collection. Additionally, you will focus on team building, achieving the business plan, portfolio management in coordination with Ops & Collection, asset verification of cases under processing, and managing vehicle loan business across the assigned geography. Regular review meetings with line managers and maintaining a strong check on EDs and NS cases will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be expected to build business by identifying and selling prospects while maintaining relationships.
