Business Manager - CAR - Chirawa

The role at hand involves sourcing Used Car Loans and meeting targets, channel development, identifying and tying up with Used Car Dealers as well as re-sellers, resolving PDD issues, managing Used Car Loan collection, team building, channel development, achieving Business Plan goals, portfolio management in coordination with Ops & Collection, asset verification of cases under processing, overseeing vehicle loan business across assigned geography, conducting regular review meetings with line managers, maintaining a strong check on EDs and NS cases, and building business by identifying and selling prospects while maintaining relationships.
