Job Description

Position Summary As the Business Manager Endoscopy Division , you will lead the strategic growth and market expansionof our advanced Endoscopy portfolio. This is a high-impact leadership rolefocused on scaling the business through capital equipment sales, fosteringstrong clinical partnerships, and mentoring a results-driven sales team. Youll be part of a purpose-driventeam committed to helping surgeons treat their patients better throughstate-of-the-art endoscopic solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic business plans to grow the Endoscopy division across assigned geographies. Drive capital equipment sales and increase installed base through value-based selling, product demonstrations, and long-term customer engagement. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders surgeons, hospitals, biomedical teams, and purchase departments to enhance market reach and therapy adoption. Identify new business opportunities, drive funnel generation, and convert high-potential leads into revenue. Mentor, manage, and empower a team of territory managers and clinical sales professionals. Conduct ongoing market intelligence competitor analysis, pricing trends, and therapy adoption benchmarks. Collaborate closely with the Product Management, Marketing, Medical Education, and Service teams to ensure seamless pre-and post-sales support. Ensure compliance with medical device regulations, internal SOPs, and industry ethics. Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline health, and performance reporting to senior leadership. Qualifications Experience Bacheloror Masterdegree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in medical device sales , of which at least 2 years must be in capital equipment , preferably Endoscopy. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and expanding territory/business unit performance. Strong network within the hospital ecosystem and a deep understanding of the procurement and tendering process. Demonstrated leadership capabilities in team development, distributor/channel management, and cross-functional collaboration. Strategic mindset with the ability to create and execute data-driven decisions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and beyond.
