As a Business Management Specialist, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: Role Overview: You will partner with the team to shape and refine the Regional Business Management (BM) strategy. Additionally, you will coordinate and support local Academies in executing the company's strategy. Collaborating with local company Managers, you will embed BM principles into their strategic plans. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver quarterly comparative performance reports and ad hoc analyses. - Provide network analysis for markets lacking a local BM Manager (e.g., Philippines, New Zealand, South Korea). - Consolidate and analyze dealer/Network financial and operational data to identify issues and opportunities. - Develop Excel-based financial models and dashboards for decision-making. - Create compelling data visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Finance and accounting expertise, preferably in dealership accounting. - Advanced Excel modeling skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and financial modeling. - Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel charts. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Analytical mindset to interpret data and generate insights. - Effective communication skills and a team player. - Comfortable working in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.,
