Business Management Specialist

As a Business Management Specialist, your role involves partnering with the team to shape and refine the Regional Business Management (BM) strategy. You will coordinate and support local Academies in executing the company's strategy and collaborate with local company Managers to embed BM principles into their strategic plans. Your key responsibilities include: - Delivering quarterly comparative performance reports and ad hoc analyses. - Providing network analysis for markets lacking a local BM Manager (e.g., Philippines, New Zealand, South Korea). - Consolidating and analyzing dealer/Network financial and operational data to identify issues and opportunities. - Developing Excel-based financial models and dashboards to support decision-making. - Creating compelling data visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: - Finance and accounting expertise, preferably dealership accounting. - Advanced Excel modeling skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and financial modeling. - Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel charts. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. - Effective communication skills and a team player mindset. - Comfortable working in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.,
