• Direct Reports:

  Territory Leads (3 zones NW, SE, East) & Business Strategy & Marketing (BSM) lead.

• Indirect Reports:

  Captains & Agents across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead TLs to drive revenue through project delivery and market penetration in their zones.
• Ensure smooth execution of all projects via Captains & Agents.
• Secure new residential project mandates and ensure successful delivery of existing ones.
• Strengthen relationships with developers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
• Drive overall city profitability, market share growth, and strategic expansion.
• Collaborate with internal verticals to maximise business outcomes.

Key Metrics:

• City-level profitability
• Market share growth in Ahmedabad residential market
• Number of new project mandates secured
• Delivery against project sales targets

Profile Requirements:

• 1015 years of experience leading business operations with a track record of growth and profitability.

• Real estate experience preferred, but not mandatory

  strong leadership in other industries will be considered.
• Proven ability to manage large, multi-layered teams and build high-performance cultures.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills.
