Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Interlock Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in improving workforce performance and productivity, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs through talent development processes. Your responsibilities will include conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA), developing Training Environment Strategy, engaging in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), managing Stakeholder Communications, Client Communication, and acting as a knowledge manager for knowledge transfer. You will also be involved in training and transition experiences, with a focus on FPNA skill knowledge. Your ability to perform under pressure, manage multiple stakeholders, demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication, collaborate effectively, meet deadlines, and adapt to different work locations and facilities will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learning gaps and training requirements - Develop Training Environment Strategy to optimize learning experiences - Engage in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) activities related to talent development - Manage Stakeholder Communications to ensure alignment and support for training initiatives - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions - Act as a knowledge manager for knowledge transfer within the organization - Facilitate training and transition experiences, focusing on FPNA skill knowledge - Demonstrate flexibility for working in various locations and facilities - Analyze and solve complex problems independently - Interact with peers within Accenture and occasionally with clients and/or management - Take ownership of daily tasks with minimal supervision and seek guidance for new assignments - Make decisions that impact your work and potentially the work of others - Work as an individual contributor or oversee a small work effort or team - Be prepared for rotational shifts as required by the role Qualifications Required: - Any Graduation - 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in talent development, training, and related fields (Note: The additional details about Accenture have been omitted as they do not directly impact the job description provided),
