Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary:

A Business Intelligence Analyst to play a pivotal role in gathering and maintaining a comprehensive database of names and contacts across the global STEM marketplace. Responsible to search prospective client, profile and skill sets across varying external online mediums, the results of which will then be extracted and uploaded into the company CRM for call utilisation by the sales team.

Experience:

• Bachelors degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business intelligence, market research, or data analysis roles.
• Familiarity with the STEM industry and its key players is highly desirable.
• Proficient in data management tools and software (e.g., Excel, CRM systems, social media platforms, data scraping tools).

Responsibilities:

• Market Research:

Conduct thorough research to identify key players, organizations, and influencers in the global STEM industry.

• Contact Database Management:

Build and maintain an extensive database of names, contact information, and relevant details for individuals and organizations in the STEM sector.

• Data Quality Assurance:

Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and relevance through regular audits and updates.

• Data Analysis and Reporting:

Provide insights and analysis on the gathered data, including trends, patterns, and potential business opportunities.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments to align data needs and contribute to the overall business strategy.

• Compliance and Ethics:

Adhere to all relevant data protection and privacy regulations in the gathering and use of contact information.
