Business Intelligence Analyst

Your commitment to customers begins with developing an understanding of their business fundamentals. Currently, we are recruiting for an Analyst - Business Intelligence and Data Support. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing access permissions, ticketing system, supporting dashboard design and maintenance, and ensuring smooth operations for team members. Your expertise will be crucial in streamlining processes and enhancing the efficiency of our business intelligence functions. Responsibilities: - Manage access permissions process, ensuring proper allocation and access permissions for all team members. - Track and manage support tickets within the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution. - Prepare, redesign, and maintain document templates to improve workflow efficiency. - Ensure daily updates to documentation, keeping all information current and accurate. - Collaborate with other departments to resolve Power BI-related issues and challenges. - Monitor daily Power BI dashboard refreshes, troubleshoot any failures, and implement necessary fixes for seamless performance. Required Skills and Experience: - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Professional proficiency in English. - Understanding of Power BI.,
