We are looking for a skilled MIS professional with experience in Advance Excel, Power BI, MS-SQL, and Zoho Analytics, to join our team. You will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive key business decisions. This position requires a strong understanding of data analytics and visualization techniques. Your responsibilities will include preparing and publishing daily dashboards and visual reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, and Zoho Analytics for management and stakeholders. You will be responsible for generating various reports related to the Customer Service department, including SL, SR Ratio, Repeats, FTR and In-process cases, Monthly Review Deck, Monthly KRA, and Ad-hoc requirements. Timely and accurate dissemination of reports and data to relevant stakeholders is essential. Collaboration with the Data Engineering team will be necessary to create new data pipelines and enhance existing ones for optimized reporting. Understanding stakeholders" data requirements and delivering tailored reporting solutions to meet business needs will also be part of your role. You will need to present complex data insights in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Additionally, identifying opportunities for automation, streamlining reporting processes, and optimizing report generation and distribution will be key responsibilities. Qualifications: - Minimum graduation Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience working in MIS or a similar role - Strong proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization - Deep understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques - Proficiency in Advanced Excel with Power Pivot, Power BI, MS-SQL/CSV using data modeling, and Zoho Analytics - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail To apply, kindly send your CV along with a Cover Letter to hrteam@5paisa.com,
