Business Insights Development Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing a team to deliver monthly statement generation accurately and consistently. This includes proactively communicating with internal departments, performing database health monitoring, and producing analytical reports to recommend business improvement opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain vetting team deployment and performance for timely statement delivery - Monitor billing data accuracy and consistency - Manage booking database and report - Conduct data analysis for process improvement and compliance - Communicate with stakeholders to ensure transparency and accuracy - Work closely with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities for manhour allocation - Formulate vetting team deployment pattern for timely statement generation - Perform daily data health monitoring and report abnormalities for corrective actions - Analyze non-routine bookings and suggest business process improvements - Maintain database parameters and manage charging mechanism changes - Register abnormal practices and communicate with management and financial provisioning team - Identify routine job booking deviation trends for review and adjustment - Run monthly statement meetings with customers - Participate in charging mechanism review meetings with commercial and planning departments - Ensure vetting systems, reports, and dashboards adhere to defined logic and conduct regular compliance reviews Qualifications Required: - Familiarity with aircraft maintenance in HAECO Line Maintenance various departments - Knowledge of HAECO and Cathay Pacific maintenance documents and planning system - Business analysis skills including documenting business processes mapping - Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal and external customers - Ability to apply strategic thinking, critical thinking, and risk management in process development - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Diploma or above in aircraft maintenance, engineering, data science, or licensed aircraft engineering - B1/B2 License holder preferred but not necessary - 10+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance with exposure in Line Maintenance - Experience in working on Office365 platform - Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in leading a team Join HAECO Group and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in aviation services.,
