Business-Industry Head

As the Head of Industry Segment (Enterprise Business) at Havells Head office in Noida, you will be responsible for overseeing the segment sales with 15-20 years of relevant experience. A qualification of MBA is required, while a Graduation in Electrical background is preferred but not mandatory. You will be leading a team of 4-5 direct reports. Your key responsibilities will include managing a business revenue of approximately 200 Cr. You will develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the assigned industry segment, ensuring alignment with Havells" overarching objectives in key account management. It will be crucial for you to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in terms of markets, products, and services. Acting as a liaison, you will facilitate effective communication between BU heads, branch teams, and customers. Your role will also involve demonstrating a strong understanding of both technical and commercial aspects across various product lines and solutions, tailoring them to meet customer needs. Furthermore, you will be expected to lead and guide a team of key account managers, fostering a culture of high performance within the team.
