As the Head of Industry Segment (Enterprise Business) at Havells Head office in Noida, you will be responsible for overseeing the segment sales with 15-20 years of experience in the field. While an MBA qualification is preferred, having a background in Electrical graduation is beneficial but not mandatory. You will directly manage a team of 4-5 individuals. Your key responsibilities will include managing the business revenue of around 200 Cr. You will be required to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy specific to the assigned industry segment, ensuring alignment with the overall goals of Havells in key account management. Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities such as exploring new markets, products, and services will be crucial. In this role, you will act as a bridge to facilitate seamless communication between BU heads, branch teams, and customers. It is essential to showcase a strong techno-commercial understanding across various product lines and solutions to cater to customer requirements effectively. Leading and guiding a team of key account managers to nurture a high-performance culture within the organization will also be part of your responsibilities.
